Swingin’ Door Big Band Seeks Musicians

The Swingin’ Door Big Band – a 17-piece, Glenn Miller–style orchestra – is seeking to develop a local talent pool from which to draw.

“From time to time, scheduling conflicts arise and the band needs to be able to fill a position for a brief period of time,” said Jason Palmer, the band’s director. “To that end, we are developing a talent pool of local, qualified musicians from which we can secure players to cover these schedule conflicts.”
