Taking Down the Untouchables

Linebacker Chris LeCloux was instrumental in the Door County Destroyers’ last-second 27-26 win against the Washington County Untouchables at Bailey Harbors Recreation Park on Saturday, Aug. 10. LeCloux led the defense with eight tackles and one interception, including the game-winning two-point conversation stop of the Untouchables’ ball carrier, with assistance from Defensive End Bryan Beachler. It was the first loss for the Untouchables. The Destroyers are now 2-2 in league play. This is a bye week for the team. Practice is scheduled for 6 p.m. Aug. 21 at Memorial Field, Sturgeon Bay. The next game is against the Outagamie County Outlaws 6 pm Saturday, Aug. 24, at Little Chute High School.
