Talk Back Scheduled for May 11 Performance of “Love, Loss and What I Wore”

Love, Loss and What I Wore, written by Nora and Delia Ephron, opened May 1 at 7:30 pm at Third Avenue Playhouse in Sturgeon Bay.

Proving that a great show is always in fashion, Love, Loss, and What I Wore has become an international hit. With its compulsively entertaining subject matter, this intimate collection of stories by Nora and Delia Ephron celebrated an accomplished two-and-a-half year run in New York’s Westside Theatre. Love, Loss, and What I Wore is based on the bestseller by Ilene Beckerman as well as the recollections of Ephron’s friends.

The show uses clothing and accessories and the memories they trigger to tell funny and often poignant stories that all women can relate to, creating one of the most enduring theatergoing experiences domestically and overseas.

The show is directed by Amy Ensign; the cast includes Chanda Davetas, Katie Harding, Hannah Johnson, Ginger Lawrence, Pam Welter and Ashley Wisneski.

Performances are scheduled for Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 7:30 pm, and Sunday at 2 pm. The play continues through May 18. There will be a “talk back” with the cast and director immediately following the May 11th matinee performance.

Tickets are $22 general admission, $17.60 VIP member and $10 student. For tickets, call 920.743.1760 or visit the box office from noon until 5 pm Tuesday through Friday or from noon until show time on show days. For more information visit thirdavenueplayhouse.com.
