Tall Pines Estates Breaks Ground in Sturgeon Bay

Local officials joined the Door County Economic Development Corporation and development partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of Tall Pines Estates, a new apartment community under construction on Egg Harbor Road. Project developer and co-owner Sarah Bonovich expressed appreciation for the support and cooperation received by the City of Sturgeon Bay.

“Everyone we have worked with from the Mayor to city elected officials and staff has been great to work with. We look forward to investing in Sturgeon Bay and providing much-needed quality housing,” said Bonovich.

Tall Pines Estates will consist of 64 apartments and garages located at 1032 Egg Harbor Road. The plans include four 16-unit apartment buildings, with one and two bedrooms ranging in size from 900 to 1,100 square feet. The apartment homes will include in-unit washers/dryers, walk-in closets, kitchen pantries and luxury vinyl plank flooring. The complex will include a picnic pavilion with gas grill and playground equipment for the residents’ use.

Projected completion of the first building is Spring 2019 with another building every two to three months. The property will be locally owned and managed by Bonovich Properties LLC.
