TAP Presents Zylyeo Quartet

Feb. 21 at 7:30 pm, Zylyeo Quartet will perform at Third Avenue Playhouse (TAP) as a part of “Tuesdays at TAP,” benefitting the Door County String Academy.

Zylyeo Quartet features four members of the Peninsula Music Festival Orchestra: Paul Zafer (violin), Carol Yampolsky (violin), Betty Lewis (viola), and Richard Yeo (cello). They will perform an eclectic program of both classical and contemporary compositions including the world premiere of a new string quartet written especially for the occasion by James Valcq, composer of The Spitfire Grill and TAP’s new managing director.

Tickets cost is $15 for adults and $10 for students. Available at the box office a half hour before showtime, those 25 years or younger may purchase tickets at the door for $5.
