Third Avenue Playhouse and Write On, Door County are collaborating on the #ENOUGH Project: a nationwide initiative to encourage middle and high school students to write 10-minute plays about gun violence.
#ENOUGH: Plays to End Gun Violence is a new campaign of theater activism that seeks to provide middle and high school students with the platform to spark critical conversations about gun violence. The deadline for submissions is June 20, when a panel of nationally known playwrights will select the finalists.
To assist students with writing their play, Write On is offering free, virtual programs on Zoom during June; registration is required. To register or learn more, visit writeondoorcounty.org/event/playwriting-for-high-school-students.
