Tavern League Supports Chop and Shop Program

(From left) Sheriff Tammy Sternard accepted a $500 check from Michele Pfannenstiel – a Door County Tavern League member and owner of Apple Valley Lanes – for the Chop and Shop program in Door County. Matching funds will be applied for from the Wisconsin Tavern League Foundation so that the donation will total $1,000.

Other organizations that have benefited from donations this year are the Adam LaLuzerne Scholarship Fund, WOW, Big Brothers/Big Sisters and Special Olympics of Door County.
