Tea and Style Show at Fish Creek’s Old Town Hall

The Gibraltar Historical Association (GHA) of Fish Creek is hosting another Tea and Style Show at the Old Town Hall. In collaboration with the Ephraim Historical Foundation, they are exhibiting wedding gowns from the 1850s – 1950s… one hundred years of silk and lace and pin tucks and bustles…perhaps created for families from northern Door County.

On June 28 & 29 at 2:30 pm, enjoy tea, baked goodies, conversation, and a vintage wedding fashion show created and modeled by the members of the Gibraltar community.

Kنrin Kopischke, current costume design expert at Lawrence University in Appleton, will present historic narration to accompany each of the vintage gowns at this year’s GHA tea and style show.

Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children. For reservations call Barb McKesson at 920.868.9335 or stop at the History Center located just behind Noble House Museum in Fish Creek on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or Saturdays from 12 – 4 pm.
