Join a few hundred other fun-loving runners in Egg Harbor on the Saturday after Thanksgiving to start running off your Turkey Day indulgences. The One Barrel 2.62 Fun Run is back to help you and your family celebrate the start of the holiday season. 

Runners will receive a great One Barrel 2.62 Fun Run race hoodie, pint glass and free fill-up at the One Barrel taproom after the race. Kids will get hot chocolate. All for just $30! Register today at onebarrelrun.com to lock in your shirt size. 

Why 2.62 miles? Well, why not? It’s a tenth of a marathon, it’s fun, and it’s a great reason to get together to celebrate Thanksgiving weekend in Door County. 

The run’s first edition brought several hundred runners to Egg Harbor in 2019. Because of the reconstruction of Church Street this fall, the course will be moved to White Cliff Road, where runners will follow an out-and-back course starting at the marina parking lot.

After the run, watch college football in the taproom, or enjoy Egg Harbor’s Holly Days festivities – a holiday celebration that includes children’s activities, horse-drawn wagon rides, caroling, an old-fashioned tree lighting and a children’s elf hunt throughout the village.
