The Burning Cow Music Festival takes place July 23 – 25 on the Door Devils Motorcycle Club grounds, next to the Wisconsin Motorcycle Memorial north of Sturgeon Bay. The festival features three days of music by bands from around the world and a huge wooden cow statue burn on July 25.
Co-hosted by Funny Farm Productions and the Door Devils, Burning Cow will be a three-day music and camping event focused on bringing emerging and established rock-and-roll, blues, alt-country, Southern rock, and jam bands to the peninsula. All ages are welcome and concessions will be affordable.
More than 17 bands are expected to perform over the course of the weekend. Currently scheduled headliners are The Answer, a hard rock band from Northern Ireland that often earns comparisons to Dio; The Revival, Winnipeg-based rockers that draw on rock gods like Led Zeppelin; and the Quaker City Night Hawks, a Fort Worth, Texas group that mixes Southern rock with Memphis soul.
Other confirmed bands are Anthony Gomes; The Steepwater Band; Big Mouth and the Power Tool Horns; Jack and the Coax; Sc Mira; John the Conqueror; The 4onthefloor; and The Sharrows.
