The Bones Come to Life at Heritage Village

The Bone Boys will once again perform in concert at Heritage Village at Big Creek on July 6 at 2 pm.

The Bone Boys, also known as the Door County Trombone Ensemble, began performing in 1988. Sharing their harmonious sounds, the group performs big band, barbershop, arrangements of popular music, polkas, and marches. For this concert, The Bone Boys will share their renditions of old-time music appropriate to the time period and setting.

Popular throughout the region, The Bone Boys have performed at Door and Kewanee county festivals and have made appearances at all seven Love Fest concerts. Their religious interpretations of songs have been performed in many of Door County churches.

The concert will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Folding chairs are available, but feel free to bring lawn chairs. An ice cream social will complete the afternoon’s activities.

The Heritage Village at Big Creek, open 1:30 – 3:30 pm daily, is located at 2041 Michigan Street, at the intersection of Highway 42/57 and County Highway TT in Sturgeon Bay.
