The Eclipse Gallery Features Laural Virtues Wauters

Laural Virtues Wauters’ mesmerizing artwork is now on display at The Eclipse Gallery in Algoma.

Virtues Wauters’ current series of artwork is a colorful representation of the seven Chakras, as well as mandalas that she has visualized and created. Her meditative art explores the mandala, wherein creating a mandala is a form of active meditation, quieting the mind and allowing for a journey where the invisible becomes visible.

Virtues Wauters was born in Frankfurt, Germany and grew up in Algoma. She has written about her epic adventure of self-discovery and revelation in her new book, Tree Oracle: The True Story of Carmen Sylvia, which is available at Door to Door Books in Algoma.
