On Sunday, I was able to catch a ride with Dr. Lynn Frederick of The Fish Doctor. We went out in the afternoon for a practice run for new 1st Mate Eric Nieminen. He was assisted by JJ Malvitz who owns and operates JJ’s Guide Services out of Little Sturgeon.

The fishing was better than expected for heading out in the middle of the afternoon. 4 good sized Salmon, lost two, and had a couple of other strikes.
