The Friends of Pen Park Hold Annual Meeting

The Friends of Peninsula State Park will hold their annual meeting at Peninsula State Park on Aug. 25. The meeting takes place at Weborg Shelter and is open to the public.

The program begins at 1:15 pm with presentations from the 2012 recipients of the Friends of Peninsula State Park’s Research Endowment Fund grant. Presentations include “The Park’s Earliest Inhabitants” by Michelle Birnbaum and “Reptiles That Remain Today” by Spencer Siddons.

A park vehicle admission sticker is required; guests should use the Fish Creek overflow parking lot.
