The Nicks Announce Season Lineup

After a winter hiatus, The Nicks, featuring Nick Hoover and Nick Steingart, will reunite to bring Door County a soundtrack to their summer. The duo, now celebrating 10 years of playing their eclectic mix of folk, rock, reggae and Americana up and down the Door Peninsula, will perform at an array of venues – including weekly performances at Fred & Fuzzy’s Waterfront Bar & Grill near Sister Bay on Tuesdays from 7 – 10 pm and The Garage at Husby’s in Sister Bay on Fridays from 7 – 10:30 pm. The Nicks will kick off their weekly gigs at The Garage on May 31 and Fred & Fuzzy’s on June 11.

“We’re really going all-in this season and are planning to play all over the county,” says Hoover. “I can’t wait to bend some strings this summer and stretch out my vocal chords after an unusually long winter.”

An upcoming performance also includes The Lodge at Leathem Smith in Sturgeon Bay on June 1 from 6 – 9 pm. The Nicks will also play their first of nine Thursday night performances at Kitty O’Reilly’s Irish Pub in Sturgeon Bay on June 6 from 6:30 – 9:30 pm.
