The Ridges Summer Preview

This summer, The Ridges Sanctuary is offering up an expanded schedule and a few new programs for the season, including a new Backpack Adventure Camps for kids and Lake Lessons.

On June 24 from 9 – 11 am, The Ridges will be taping and labeling their Summer Ridges Lites in the Marshall Cabin. This is a great way to preview this summer’s activity line-up.

In addition to naturalist guided hikes at the Sanctuary on Tuesday through Saturday at 9:30 am and 1:30 pm, The Ridges is offering programs for visitors of all ages.

Some of the activities include Discovery Bird Hikes, Naturalist Guided Eco Paddle Tours, nature programs for adults and families, Backyard Adventure Camps, Adult Workshops, the Lake Lessons Speaker Series, and Evening Explorations, which includes a special program at Logan Creek during the peak of the Perseid meteor shower on August 12.
