‘The Tall Cop’ to Provide Drug-Trend Training

Officer Jermaine Galloway, a national speaker who’s better known as “The Tall Cop,” will be in Sturgeon Bay at Stone Harbor on May 4 for two workshops related to drug trends and training.

“The Tall Cop training provides relevant and current information as it relates to drug trends,” said Door County Sheriff Tammy Sternard, who has seen him previously. “Jermaine captivates his audience and has a tremendous impact on the total learning experience. He conducts thorough research on current trends in the area, pairing them with what he sees at a national level.”

The workshop is for law-enforcement and probation officers, school administrators, educators, counselors, prevention and treatment providers, coalition members, parents and concerned citizens. The workshop is free thanks to the sponsorship of the Door County Alcohol and Other Drug Coalition and Door County Health and Human Services, in conjunction with United Way of Door County.

Registration is open and required for the two sessions: 8:30-11:30 am and 12:30-3:30 pm. To register, visit, or contact Shauna at 920.421.2166 or [email protected]
