Therma-Tron-X Acquires HTF, Inc.

On May 8, after nearly three decades of successfully manufacturing custom, high-temperature furnaces, HTF, Inc. of Sturgeon Bay passed the baton to Therma-Tron-X, Inc. (TTX), also of Sturgeon Bay. As a world class manufacturer of industrial paint finishing systems, water treatment and wastewater treatment systems, TTX will add high-temperature furnaces to their product offerings and carry on the HTF brand. The former owners sought a buyer who understood the product line and were pleased when TTX took an interest in the business and developing its future potential. The former employees (who are now employed by TTX) supported the sale and have said they feel positive about the future of HTF under the new management.
