Therma-Tron-X Supervisor Honored for Patriotic Support

TTX Environmental Director Rob Rock of Therma-Tron-X in Sturgeon Bay was presented with a Patriot Award on Sept. 2 by David Alderfer, military outreach coordinator for the Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR).

Rock was nominated by employee Kolt Knutson for being highly supportive of Knutson’s National Guard service.

“Rob Rock is and has been an important role model,” Knutson wrote in nominating Rock. “He truly knows how to create a positive work environment. He has found a way to make me love what I do and do what I love. Every day I am inspired and excited to go to work, no matter what responsibilities I will have. All the tasks and duties that he has bestowed upon me are meant to promote individual learning and development. These tasks have made me a better leader and have made me realize how much more I need and want to learn.”
