Third Avenue Playhouse Hosts Film Lab

This winter from Feb. 4 – March 14 the Third Avenue Playhouse will host their first Film Lab. Students will have the opportunity to act, write, direct and operate the camera while creating original film projects and working on scenes from classic movies. All of this will be done under the expert guidance of Spencer Milligan who has had a long career in film and stage work, primarily in New York and Los Angeles.


Lab students will meet twice a week for six weeks. Wednesday labs will be from 4 – 7 pm and Saturday labs will be from 11 am – 4 pm. Students will meet at TAP, and depending on the needs of the film there will be opportunities to film on location.


Tuition for the lab is $125 and there are scholarships available.
