August is a time to reflect on the days gone by, and in Valmy, things are cranking up because it’s thresheree time at the Valmy Thresheree. See first-hand agricultural equipment in operation that was used from the years of 1900 until about 1960.
The thresheree runs Aug. 19 – 21. Below is a schedule of events.
Friday, Aug. 19

The Thresheree is here, and spectators of all ages will come from great distances to take advantage of this nostalgic event. Admission is $8 for the weekend (includes souvenir button) and free for children ages 12 and younger. The thresheree is held on grounds at 5005 Country View Road in Sturgeon Bay.
