Town of Sevastopol Candidate Forum Feb. 28

The League of Women Voters of Door County urges voters in the Town of Sevastopol to mark their calendars for a candidate forum to be held Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 7 pm. (Snow date is Monday, March 19, at 7 pm.) The forum will be held at the Sevastopol Town Hall, Highway 57, next to Sevastopol School. The three candidates running for two positions are Kimberly Denil, Jim Nellen and John Staveness. A forum is held to help voters select the most qualified, best-suited person for the office. It is not a debate. The event consists of anonymously written questions from the audience. Each candidate will have an equal opportunity to share his or her positions and views with the public.  For those unable to attend but would like to ask questions, send them to [email protected].
