Townline Art Fair Fills the Lawn at Fine Line

The lawn at Fine Line Designs Gallery will be filled with art and artisans as the gallery hosts the 36th Annual Townline Art Fair, October 10 and 11. More than 80 artists representing all mediums are scheduled to exhibit during the two-day show held rain or shine.

“This is a wonderful juried art show with professional artists from around the Midwest,” said Shari Gransee, gallery director and art fair coordinator. Show hours are Saturday, 10 am – 5 pm and Sunday, 10 am – 4 pm.

The original art fair started at a farm 36 years ago on Townline Road, and according to Gransee, “We’re excited to continue the tradition for the last 22 years.”

Glass, pottery, metal sculpture, paintings, photography, jewelry, fiber art and wood working will be under tents for the 4,000 to 5,000 people that annually attend the show.

Admission and on-site parking are free. Guests should enter Fine Line Designs Gallery from Highway 42 on the north end of Ephraim. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
