Trish Black Presents ‘Legacy’ Community Health Information Program

Northern Door Health & Wellness Ministry (northerndoorhealthwellness.com) will continue its Community Health Information Programs on Oct. 13, 4 pm, when Trish Black, a certified Sage-ing leader, will present “Legacy” at Sister Bay’s First Baptist Church. Legacy is more than a bank account or the stuff we leave behind: It’s about harvesting and passing on our life wisdom. Black’s program will offer perspectives on what we choose to leave as our legacy and how.

The ministry also offers free blood-pressure screenings beginning at 5 pm at the monthly Loaves & Fishes meal on the fourth Tuesday at St. Rosalia Church in Sister Bay; and 8:15-10:15 am monthly on the second Tuesday at the YMCA in Fish Creek.

A CPR/AED course is also being offered at the Sister Bay & Liberty Grove Fire Department on Oct. 17, 6-10 pm, to educate the community in the proper method of using an AED and performing CPR. The cost is $30 per person. To register, leave a message at 920.854.4021, or email [email protected].
