Trout Boil at Belgian Heritage Center July 15

There will be a traditional Door County trout boil at the Belgian Heritage Center on July 15, with the first boil at 5 pm and the last at 6:30 pm. Proceeds from this event will help support the Belgian Heritage Center and its mission of preserving and promoting the unique history of the area. This year, as part of the event, participants will have the opportunity to see the recently installed exhibits that tell the story of the Belgian settlement area. A new interactive photo gallery allows visitors to view many identified pictures related to the Belgian settlement depicting farming, religion, daily life and more.

The meal will feature trout, potatoes, onion, coleslaw, dessert and coffee for $15. Beer, wine and soda will be available for purchase. The Belgian Heritage Center is located at 1255 County DK, Brussels. Find out more at belgianheritagecenter.org.
