Turkey Trot Raises $9,615

Photo by Jean Krebs of Sister Bay Athletic Club. The check was a donation of money raised from the 4th annual Door County Fitness Studio Turkey Trot that raised $9,615 for two charities. Northern Door Children’s Center received $2,814 and the Crohns and Colitis Foundation of Wisconsin received $6,801. This year Sister Bay Athletic Club joined in sponsoring the event.
Organizers said many adults were joined by their children and dogs to brave the elements and complete the route.
