Unity Adds to Medical Team

Unity, leader in hospice and palliative care, announced the addition of Patricia Angelucci, MS, RN, NE-BC, GNP-BC, Postmasters, to its medical team as a full- time nurse practitioner.

“We are extremely excited to have Patricia join our team,” said Unity Medical Director Patricia Neuman, DO, HMDC. “Her passion for hospice medicine is obvious and exciting. She has extensive experience in nursing administration, nurse education and health care consulting. We are so pleased to have her as a member of the Unity team, to support our work of providing the best care possible to patients and their families at end of life.”
