Unity Holds Volunteer Orientation Sessions

Unity, leaders in hospice and palliative care, announces volunteer orientation sessions will be held in September and October.

Volunteer opportunities exist throughout Unity’s 12-county service area in roles including being a friendly visitor to patients, transporting patients to medical appointments, cutting the hair of homebound patients (licensed hairdressers only) and utilizing sewing talents for Unity’s creative keepsake program.

Orientation dates for new volunteers have been set for Sept. 12 and Oct. 13 at Unity’s De Pere administrative office.
