Unity Releases 2011 Annual Report

Unity, leaders in hospice and palliative care, recently issued Tribute, their annual report to the community summarizing the organization’s care provided to patients and families in 2011.

Unity provided 2,481 patients care through hospice and palliative services and an additional 7,190 people through bereavement care. Two-thirds of the patients served were cared for at home, while almost one-third were cared for at nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
