Upcoming CTA Class is March 22 at Wave Point Resort

The next Door County Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) Program class will be held March 22, 8:30 am – 1 pm, at Wave Point Resort in Sturgeon Bay. The CTA Program is a multi-faceted program that serves to increase regional tourism by inspiring front-line employees and volunteers to turn each visitor encounter into a positive experience. In order to become a Door County CTA, an individual must complete the required pre-class reading, attend a half-day classroom session and complete an open book examination. Upon successful completion, the participants will earn the CTA designation and receive a CTA certificate and lapel pin. The cost is $25 per person.
