Upcoming Menopause Workshop at Door County Medical Center

Door County Medical Center (DCMC) announces an upcoming workshop as part of its Living Room Series, offering the latest in health information from DCMC’s trusted professionals in a casual, relaxed atmosphere. On Nov. 30, 6 – 7:30 pm, Barb Johnson-Giese, LCSW, will lead a workshop titled “Behavioral Health and Menopause.” The workshop will provide information on how menopause can affect mental health, mood and well-being, and offer suggestions on how to maintain optimal emotional health during this natural part of a woman’s life. Programs are free and take place at Door County Medical Center’s Women’s and Children’s Center in Sturgeon Bay. Registration is required; call 920.493.5979.
