USDA Rural Development Loans Still Available

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development still has loans available to rural Wisconsin communities.

Rural Development offers 100 percent financing on home loans with no down payment required. The interest rate as of July 1 will be at 3.125 percent; and loans can be subsidized down to 1 percent and are offered for a period of 33 – 38 years.
