UU Fellowship Gallery Features Watercolors by Jean Crane

The Unitarian Universalist (UU) Fellowship Gallery will feature watercolors by Jean Crane Oct. 13 – Dec. 1. The work of Crane – an accomplished professional artist for more than 40 years – has been included in prominent regional, national juried and invitational group exhibitions, and her paintings reside in the corporate collections of Borg Warner, Hyatt Regency, Miller Brewing and Northwestern Mutual Insurance, as well as in numerous museums.

“I am very interested in the boundaries between shapes, how they come together, and the push and pull as they affect each other,” Crane said. “I like manipulating values so that some shapes come forward and others are pushed into the background.”

The gallery, at 10341 Hwy. 42 in north Ephraim, is free and open to the public Tuesday – Friday, 1-4 pm; and Sunday, 11 am – 12 pm. Call 920.854.7559 to find out more.
