UUF’s Movies that Matter Series Screens ‘Making a Killing: Guns, Greed and The NRA’

On Jan. 17 at 4:30 pm, Making a Killing: Guns, Greed, and The NRA will be screened at the UU Fellowship. This film, directed by Robert Greenwald, tells the stories of how guns, and the billions made off of them, affect the lives of everyday Americans. It features personal stories from people across the country affected by gun violence, including survivors and victims’ families. The film exposes how the powerful gun companies and the NRA are resisting responsible legislation for the sake of profit.

The film is part of the monthly Movies That Matter series examining a wide range of issues. Each screening is followed by a discussion. Donations to help defray the costs of public performance licensing are appreciated. The UU Fellowship is located at 10341 Hwy. 42 in north Ephraim. For more information call 920.854.7559.
