UW Extension Specialists to Present Special Seminar on Grain Management

UW Extension specialists will share their knowledge of grain management in low-margin yields at a special seminar March 6, 1 – 4 pm, at the Kewaunee Highway Department Building, E4280 County Rd F, Kewaunee. Join specialists Shawn Conley, UW Agronomy; Dan Smith, UW NPM; Joe Lauer, UW Agronomy; Damon Smith, UW Plant Pathology; Bryan Jensen, UW Entomology; and Paul Mitchell, UW Ag & Applied Econ, as they cover a wide range of topics including: soybean inputs that deliver the highest ROI in a low-margin year; practical weed management for low-margin years; how to survive and thrive on current corn price projections; smart disease management decisions; managing insects economically; partial budget analysis.
