VIDEO: 2018 Door County Cherry Drop in Sister Bay

More than one thousand people packed the corner of Hwy 42 and Maple Drive on the hill in Sister Bay for the 2018 New Year’s Eve Cherry Drop, Dec. 31, 2018. The event put on by 106.9 The Lodge FM and the Sister Bay Advancement Association has quickly become a trademark Sister Bay event to ring in the new year. A large crane lowered the 6-foot lit cherry over the crowd at The Garage at Husby’s as the final seconds ticked down on 2018.
