Violinist and Pianist to Play at Hope United Church

Violinist Marina Gittins and Pianist David Beck will present an evening of Corelli, Bach, Beethoven, and Bruch on Friday, June 26 at 7 pm at the Hope United Church of Christ in Sturgeon Bay.

Gittins has studied violin for 10 years, and is a private student of Professor Wen-Lei Gu in Appleton. Gittins moved last year from Washington State, where she studied with University of Washington professor Ron Patterson. She is currently raising funds for Credo music camp at Oberlin.

David Beck has a degree in Piano Performance, and attended St. Norbert College. He is auditioning for the Julliard School of Music in the fall.

CDs will be available for purchase at the show, and the concert’s admission is by donation.
