Volunteer Recruitment Workshop Tuesday

The Volunteer Center of Door County is offering a workshop for volunteer management Tuesday, May 18.

The workshop covers basic volunteer management in education, volunteer recruitment techniques and crafting effective recruitment messages. The workshop is designed for anyone who recruits volunteers to work with students. Facilitators are Christine Danielson and Devorah Vineburg from the Volunteer Center of Brown County and Christine Henkel from the Volunteer Center of Door County.

The session runs from 9:30 am – noon at the Baylake Bank Conference Center, 222 N. Third Ave, Sturgeon Bay. The training is free thanks to a VIRE Grant from the HandsOn Network. Reservations can be made today by calling Chris Henkel at 920.746.7704 or emailing [email protected].
