Volunteers Needed for Northern Door Community Blood Drive

The American Red Cross is looking for volunteers for the Northern Door Community Blood Drive in November. Contact Gerald at 920.421.8195 for more information or sign up at redcrossblood.org.

The American Red Cross also urges eligible donors to give blood and platelets this fall to help restock the shelves following a significant summer shortage to ensure an adequate blood supply for patients in need.

Blood drives are scheduled for: Sept. 23, 9 am – 2 pm, Sturgeon Bay High School; Oct. 4, 11:45 am – 6 pm, Pilsen Church, E860 Hwy 29, Luxemburg.

All blood types are needed to ensure a reliable supply for patients. A blood donor card or driver’s license or two other forms of identification are required at check-in.
