Waffle Breakfast on June 29

The Namur Belgian Heritage Foundation will hold a waffle breakfast on June 29, 9 am – 1 pm, at the Belgian Heritage Center, 1255 County Road DK, Brussels. The all-you-can-eat breakfast will include waffles, trippe, eggs, potatoes and a beverage. The cost is $8 for adults, $4 for children ages four through 10, and free for children under three. Proceeds will support the Belgian Heritage Center and its mission of preserving and promoting the unique Belgian culture, history and architecture of this area.

Someone will be available to scan historic photographs from the Belgian community. With each photograph the owner should include as much identifying information as possible, including names of people, location, and the approximate year. Digital copies of these photographs will become part of the Belgian Heritage Center’s collection.
