Walk Off Winter Blues with Southern Door Striders

Walk off those winter blues and join the Southern Door Striders walking group, open to adult residents of Southern Door, free of charge. The district’s Partners in Health team has developed several indoor walking routes through the schools. Adult residents of Southern Door are invited to walk Monday through Friday, 6:30 – 7:30 am and 5 – 10 pm. Extended hours, including weekend times, are available with a refundable deposit of $25 for a building access FAB. The building is accessible for registered Southern Door Striders from Nov. 1, 2015 – March 31, 2016. Members are required to complete a waiver release form including background check and receive an ID badge indicating they are registered as part of the club.
