WAR, THE HIGH KINGS TAKE DCA STAGE

On July 3, 8 pm, the funk/rock/soul band WAR will perform on the Door Community Auditorium (DCA) main stage. This multi-platinum-selling group, known to some as the “original street band,” has reached millions worldwide for four-plus decades with its timeless music and always-relevant message of brotherhood and harmony. WAR has had 12 Billboard Top 40 hits and seven Top 10 hits, and it has sold more than 50 million records to date. Tickets are $58-$78.

The rousing Irish band The High Kings will follow July 7, 8 pm, as it creates a new, bright era for Irish folk music, and they’re taking sold-out audiences worldwide along for the journey. 

The High Kings sing the songs of Irish yesteryear and new folk originals with versatility and skill, and they breathe their own new life into the Irish ballad tradition. Tickets are $28-$48.
