Washington Island Students Begin their WINS-Voyage

This spring Washington Island students will participate in their first WINS-Voyage: Washington Island Navigators Voyage. These are experiential learning missions where students are inspired to explore and navigate the social, emotional and academic waters of life and education. An experiential learning model recognizes students as “captains” of their own ship; gatherers of information in the quest to become “lifelong” learners.

WINS-Voyage culminates in an open house on April 4, where the students’ work and productions will be shared with parents and community members.
