Great Northern By Design at the Settlement Shops will host a watercolor demonstration by Wisconsin artist Kathleen Nelson from 10:30 am -12:30 pm on May 23.

Nelson has been an artist and art educator for more than 15 years. She has taught both children and adults in her studio setting and in public and private schools and exhibited in local museums throughout the state.

She works in watercolor, acrylic, pastels and mixed media. The public is invited to enjoy seeing Nelson create with watercolor on the porch at Great Northern by Design, at the Settlement Shops, one mile south of downtown Fish Creek, Highway 42, on May 23. Refreshments will be served.
