Watercolor Seminar at Bjِrklunden

From September 22 – 27, Lawrence University’s Bjِrklunden is offering the seminar “Watercolor: A Fresh Start” with Helen Klebesadel.

This watercolor seminar is designed for absolute beginners as well as for those who have had some experience painting with watercolor but need a refresher to gain the confidence to start again. Explore the fall at Bjِrklunden while enjoying this opportunity to learn or re-learn watercolor from an artist passionate about the medium in a supportive and friendly learning environment.

Seminar participants will explore basic traditional approaches to watercolor painting as well as fresh and experimental watercolor techniques. Seminar participants will go home with the skills and tools to keep on painting.

Known as an engaging teacher, Klebesadel was a member of the Lawrence University art faculty from 1990 to 2000. For more information about her artwork and exhibition schedule, visit klebesadel.com.

Seminar classes meet weekday mornings and some evenings at Bjِrklunden’s lodge, just south of Baileys Harbor. For complete course descriptions, fees, and registration dates call 920.839.2216 or visit lawrence.edu/s/bjorklunden.
