We Are HOPE Presented Award for Career Guidance Program

We Are HOPE, Inc. was presented with an AT&T Innovation & Investment Award to help support its “Be Smart about Education” program during an event at the Door County Job Center in Sturgeon Bay on Nov. 6 at 11 am. In attendance at the event were Sandy Duckett, CEO, We Are HOPE, Inc.; We Are HOPE board members and staff; State Rep. Joel Kitchens; and Julie Tonkovitz of AT&T Wisconsin. We Are HOPE, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving individuals who seek employment and career services. The goal of the “Be Smart about Education” program is to provide career counseling and guidance to help high school students and their families make educated choices about career and post-secondary education options. The AT&T Wisconsin Innovation & Investment Award program provides funding to local organizations that enhance and give back to their communities.
