Weekend ReCAP

1_My weekend began in pain. But don’t worry, it was voluntary as I popped in at Door County Tattoo to get my tattoo touched up. No pain, no gain!

2_After that, I stopped in at everyone’s new favorite restaurant, The Wickman House, for their cheese curd appetizer. The curds are spectacular and a great new twist on the old Wisconsin favorite.

3_I then met up with some friends to watch the sunset over Garrett Bay before the terrible weekend weather wiped all the color out of our county. Even my fellow photographers Luke and Heather Frykman were there!

4_After warming up at a friend’s house, it was on to the first night of my very first Fall Fest. The night was spent dancing to the wonderful sounds of a budding Door County staple, The Muddy Udders.

5_The first thing on the agenda for the second (and most rowdy) night of Fall Fest was JJ’s LaPuerta for an ever-popular Bernie…

6_And then it was back to the dance floor! My Pulse co-workers and I enjoyed the music of The Nicks, who played on the lanes at The Sister Bay Bowl…only in Door County!

7_Alas, the fun had to come to an end. It was back to work at my second job at Florian II on Sunday night.
