Werkheiser’s Green Acres Celebrates 65 Years

The Werkheiser family will open its greenhouse doors at 6666 Bay Shore Dr. in Egg Harbor on May 1 for the 65th year. To celebrate, the family invites the community to a cookout May 6, 10 am – 3 pm (or until the food runs out). 

On May 7, 10 am – 3 pm, kids are invited to receive a free plant, and they can decorate the pot to give to Mom on Mother’s Day. Supplies are limited, so plants will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.
