West Jacksonport Rallies to Claim Baseball Crown

It took a stunning rally in the bottom of the ninth inning for West Jacksonport to stun Kolberg, 7-6, and claim the title in this summer’s Door County Baseball Tournament. 

The two teams had upset top seeds Sister Bay and Egg Harbor during the semifinals to earn the right to play for the title in Baileys Harbor in the abbreviated version of a Door County League Baseball season. 

Drew Tanck led the way with three hits and was the winning pitcher for the Ports.
