Friday, April 24

Arbor Day Hike at Peninsula State Park: It’s a beautiful time to hike the park as it comes to life for spring! Meet at Weborg Shelter Building for a leisurely walk near shore and forest. Bring binoculars if you have them to spot birds and other animals. 1pm.

Jenny & Robin Bienemann and Friends at The Cork: Exquisitely crafted lyrical songs combine perfectly chosen jewels of language with deep earthy melodies conjuring every aspect of the human experience. 7pm.

Saturday, April 25

Cavern Beat at Stone Harbor Resort: The best of The Beatles on the canal in Sturgeon Bay. 7:30pm.

Brown Trout Tournament: Fish Door and Kewaunee waters on either side of the peninsula. Fishing can be done by trolling, casting off docks or outcroppings, or wading up inland streams. Prizes will be awarded for top 40 fish with payouts totaling over $7,000.

Sunday, April 26

Hike Big Creek Cove at Crossroads at Big Creek: Search for signs of spring on Crossroads’ newly acquired land. 1pm.

Songwriters In the Round at Base Camp:  Singer/ songwriters Katie Dahl, Jess Holland and Emily White share songs in an intimate “in-the-round” format, commenting on and adding texture to each other’s work. $10 per person. 7 pm.
